30-Day Return Policy
Unlike with smaller purchases, returning a vehicle isn’t always an easy or straightforward process. In fact, many dealerships make it quite difficult to bring a recently purchased vehicle back if it ended up not being a suitable fit. Benefits
Naturally, you’ll want to know about some of the benefits of our 30-day return policy. Most importantly, this offer gives you peace of mind when shopping with us, as you won’t necessarily be left to fend for yourself should you quickly realize that the vehicle isn’t right for you. If you buy a vehicle somewhere else, there’s a good chance that you won’t have a similar recourse. Additionally, you’ll also won’t lose out on your trade-in offer, as we’ll reimburse you for the amount specified on the purchase order if the model has since been sold to someone else. As you can see, we go the extra mile to meet your needs.
Terms
Next, we’d like to discuss some of the conditions that apply to our return policy. First, a vehicle must be purchased for more than $11,999, so anything that sells for less won’t be eligible to be returned. Moreover, a $1.00 surcharge will be applied for up to 1,000 miles, or 200 working hours on meter of driving, though cars that have been driven more than this are unreturnable. In addition, we’ll calculate a 10 percent restocking fee based on its original sticker price that will be factored along with the aforementioned fees. If you’re an out-of-state customer, you can still take advantage of this offer, but should be aware that they’ll be responsible for additional shipping fees.
30-Day Return Policy Conditions
- - To qualify for the 30-day return policy vehicles need to be return within 30 days from the purchase date and driven less than 1,000 miles. A Surcharge of $1.00 per mile will be calculated up to 1,000 miles driven.
- - New or leased vehicles do not qualify for the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy.
- - The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered in.
- - A 10% restocking fee will be calculated from the total purchase price. All non-cancelable items and all fees incurred by third party contracts will be paid by the customer in addition to the restocking fee. The 10% restocking fee, non-cancelable items, any third-party fees, and km's surcharge will be deducted from the amount of the down payment. If the total of the charges is more than the down payment, the customer must bring the balance due in cash or a cashier’s check payable to the Dealer, at the time of the return of the vehicle and a mutual release will be signed.
- - If the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is exercised and you had a trade, in the event the trade is sold we will reimburse you the amount credited for your trade as indicated on the Vehicle Purchase Order for vehicle being returned to Dealer.
- - 30-day Return policy will also apply to “Out of State customers”, who will be responsible for any additional fees such as any fees incurred by third party contracts including shipping and handling fees.
- - All customers are welcome to have a third-party inspection prior to shipment or purchase.
- - Customer will NOT be reimbursed for any upgrades, modifications, or service costs for the vehicle that the customer paid for AFTER the purchase.
- - This can only be done once, one time only, for any qualifying USED vehicle.
Note: All new or leased vehicles, and all vehicles purchased for $11,999 or less, DO NOT qualify for the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy. Advertised prices are subject to tax, title, license, registration, dealer documentary fees, and finance charges. Most vehicles are subject to reconditioning fees and costs for dealer installed accessories. These fees and costs are not included in the advertised price. Second key, floor mats, or owner’s manual may not be available on all pre-owned vehicles.
